I recently visited *NGUK Kitchens* after it was recommended by a family friend, and I’m so glad I did. From the very beginning, Denis was extremely polite, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products. He even visited our home with samples, taking the time to explain everything in detail far better than any other company we had previously dealt with. His approach was patient, honest, and truly customer focused, which made us feel confident in our decision. We’ve now placed our order (supply only for now), and based on this excellent experience, we will definitely be returning to the same showroom for our wardrobes once the kitchen is completed. This is a review of my Dads company NGUK LTD. It is one of the finest kitchen and bathroom fitters that I’ve ever seen in work. Very professional and only wants the best for the customer and never turns his back on them. My dad would get any job done no matter how long or hard it is, as long as the customer is happy. He does full refurbishments of kitchens, all becoming outstanding in all fields: from cleanliness to usefulness. The materials that are used only come from the best companies that would get the job done perfectly so the customer is happy. Prices and also negotiable and if you don’t like a price my dad would be more that happy to hear your deal. All that matters in the end is the customers satisfaction and that he can get his company spread nationally. ~ Dorin M

Used NGUK to install my oven today - absolutely fantastic service I cannot thank you guys enough! I'd bought an oven and due to a problem with my existing fittings it couldn't be installed. After a week of trying to find someone who could help I phoned nguk at 9am this morning. Dennis knew instantly what would be needed, phoned me back with a very reasonable quote ten minutes later, and after confirming availability he was promptly on the doorstep installing it at 12.30 later that day. Left the entire kitchen immaculate afterwards, and couldn't have been a friendlier bloke. Couldn't have been an easier process Thank you Denis!!! Denis was absolutely brilliant: professional, approachable, and clearly an expert in his field. Him and Dorin designed a kitchen that fit my needs perfectly and within budget. Wishing for a long time to renovate my house,I needed someone to design , supply and install my kitchen and to supply appliances. I have visited several showrooms , but the attention that I received from Denis at NGUK Limited would not compare to anything. He has taken into consideration all my needs and requirements and created my dream kitchen in to reality. With them is all in one ( kitchen furniture, quartz top, glass splashback and Siemens appliances) plus general building works. I have chosen Nguk ltd from TrustAtrader platform to help with interior design ideas, material prices for the kitchen, bedrooms and the bathroom. Denis attended to our property at the agreed time and since then till the completion he created a WhatsApp group and support us with every question and help needed. He designed our kitchen, then the 3 bedrooms sets with hinged wardrobes and at the end the bathroom. They wasn't the cheapest from the 5 quotations we had, they was the most expensive ones but it was worth using them as their ideas and quality covers all gaps. We recently decided to have our kitchen redone. We arranged consultations with a few companies and chose NGUK KITCHENS, as Denis was clearly very knowledgeable. We wanted a warmer, brighter colour scheme, a more traditional door style and more storage space. Denis and his team guided us through the decision-making process with full 3D views, arranged meetings with a brand representative for our chosen appliances, and performed the installation in record time. We have bought a house in Goodmayes and wanted to renovate our kitchen. A friend recommended NGUK KITCHENS that they have used their services in the past and were looked after very well. We contacted Denis and he offered us top services. Came and saw us at the property, understood our needs, then we went to the showroom and they designed the kitchen. Delivered in two weeks and fitted straight on the same week. Also, they offered us a very good price for Neff appliances. Happy with the finish and happy that we have chosen NGUK LTD to go ahead with our project. Denis have came after we have booked the appointment and offered us consultation and ideas of how to achieve best results. We wanted handless kitchen and NGUK LTD designed, supplied and fitted one for us - project 6 weeks from the first visit to the hand over. We called NGUK LTD initially, after few other quotes, to visit us for bedrooms furniture but also had in mind to do a kitchen refurbishment. Denis have made it, at the visit he was so helpful with the ideas and how we can make it to achieve complete different look to the kitchen. Their quotation wasn’t one of the cheapest but Denis mentioned that he doesn’t hunt jobs, he do quality and that was proven. From the start he have created a WhatsApp group and any changes they made, we have been informed of. Always options, always suggestions, and if anything was agreed, no matter what they had to change to achieve that it was made. So happy, 2021 was the right year for us and we cannot describe the level of our happiness using NGUK LTD. My project consisted of the renovation of a kitchen and bathroom and walk-in utility cupboard, with replacement of all utilities and appliances (including electrical requirements in the bathroom for a Japanese toilet) and some structural work, along with a multitude of custom requirements for maximising storage, and ensuring adequate ventilation in the - windowless - bathroom. I found Denis and the team at NGUK to be extremely professional, punctual, highly responsive to my communications and detail-orientated in the quality of work; they were also extremely helpful in assisting me with determining aspects of the design, fit, finishes and other practical elements of the project.
